In case you forgot your Username or Password, kindly follow the instructions mentioned below:
Step 1: Request Password Reset
Click to the ‘Log-in’ tab
Click on the “Forgot Password?” tab.
Enter the email address you used to register on the site.
You will receive an email with a reset link.
It may take a few minutes to arrive.
Check Junk/Spam folders if it doesn’t appear in your inbox.
For Gmail users, check Social and Promotions tabs.
Step 2: Reset Your Password
Click the link in the email to return to the site.
Enter a new password.
Must contain at least 1 number and 1 special character
Length: minimum 8 characters
Passwords are case sensitive (use capitals exactly as intended)
Return to the sign-in page and log in with your new password.
Step 3: Troubleshooting Login Issues
If you still cannot log in, try the following:
Refresh the page
Clear browser data: cookies, cache, and internet history, then close and reopen the browser
Try a different browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
Check for multiple tabs of the site open. If yes:
Close all tabs
Sign out of your account
Sign back in
