Redeeming
Sweeps Coins (SC) is how you turn your winnings into real prizes on CrashDuel. The process is simple: request a redemption, pass verification, and receive your payout.
Step 1: Meet Requirements
Make sure you meet the minimum redemption limit.
Make sure the Sweeps Coins you want to redeem are eligible / redeemable sweep coins.
You must complete account verification (KYC) before your first redemption.
Step 2: Submit a Redemption Request
Log in → Click the 'Buy Coins' or 'Store' tab → Redeem.
Choose the amount of Sweeps Coins you want to cash out.
Step 3: Choose Your Payout Method
CrashDuel currently offers two main options:
Bank Transfer (ACH): Funds are sent directly to your bank account. Usually arrives in 2–5 business days including approval.
Credit/Debit Cards: Funds are sent directly to your Credit or Debit Card. Usually arrives in 2–5 business days including approval.
Paypal and Venmo: Usually arrives in 2–5 business days including approval.
Kindly note that we do not support redemptions via Crypto. Note that we are working to introduce this option soon.
Step 4: Verification Check
If you haven’t verified yet, CrashDuel will require you to complete KYC at this stage.
You’ll need to upload a valid photo ID, proof of address, and follow the instructions from our third party verification service, Veriff.
Without a successful verification, your redemption request will fail.
Step 5: Wait for Processing
Most payouts are processed within 2-5 working days, but allow up to 10 business days in rare cases (e.g., large prizes or bank delays).
When requesting a redemption, you are requested to forfeit any bonus coins that you might still have in your account. This process has been implemented due to operational reasons
Step 6: Receive Your Prize
Bank transfers and Credit/Debit cards will show up in your account once cleared by your bank.
Conditions which might prevent you from requesting a redemption:
Only one redemption request can be made per 72 hours.
A redemption can only be requested 24 hours after bonus coins/a promotion has been applied.
Please note that you cannot request a new redemption while you already have another redemption that is still pending.
Taxes & Responsibilities
You’re responsible for reporting winnings on your taxes. If your yearly redemptions exceed $600, CrashDuel may request your SSN and issue a 1099-MISC form as required by U.S. law.
Responsible Gaming Reminder:
Redemptions are prizes from a free-to-play sweepstakes. No purchase is ever necessary to win. Play for entertainment, and use responsible gaming tools like purchase limits or self-exclusion if you need a break.
