Follow this step-by-step guide to complete your KYC process
Log in to your account.
Click on the “My Account” tab.
Select the “KYC” tab.
Mobile users: First tap the “Menu” button at the bottom left of the screen, then select “KYC.”
Click “Continue with Verification.”
Follow the on-screen instructions provided by the system.
Important Notes
The KYC option will only appear if one of the following conditions is met:
You have at least 25 redeemable Sweep Coins in your account, or
You request to redeem a value of 100 Sweep Coins (SC) or more

The picture must be clear and readable.
All four corners of the document must be visible in the photo.
