If you no longer wish to use CrashDuel, you can request a permanent account closure.
Permanent Account Closure
To permanently delete your account, you must send us an email from the same email address linked to your CrashDuel account.
Clearly state that you want your account closed or deleted, and include your username or registered name.
Once submitted, CrashDuel begins the deletion process.
To permanently delete your account, you must send us an email to this email address '[email protected]' Emails sent to '[email protected]' are handled and replied to from Monday through Friday.
Timeline: It can take up to 30 days for your account to be fully deleted. This waiting period ensures pending transactions or verification checks are resolved.
What Happens After Deletion
Access: You won’t be able to log in or use your account.
Balances: Any unused Gold Coins are lost once deletion begins. If you still have Sweeps Coins, redeem them before requesting deletion—otherwise, you may forfeit them.
Data: CrashDuel will erase your personal data from active systems, except information required to be kept by law (for example, financial transaction records).
Reopening: If you want to return after deletion, you’ll need to register a brand-new account. If your closure was linked to Responsible Gaming (self-exclusion), a 3-month cooling-off period applies before rejoining is allowed.
