Close or delete your account

If you no longer wish to use CrashDuel, you can request a permanent account closure.

Permanent Account Closure

  • To permanently delete your account, you must send us an email from the same email address linked to your CrashDuel account.

  • Clearly state that you want your account closed or deleted, and include your username or registered name.

  • Once submitted, CrashDuel begins the deletion process.

  • To permanently delete your account, you must send us an email to this email address '[email protected]' Emails sent to '[email protected]' are handled and replied to from Monday through Friday.

  • Timeline: It can take up to 30 days for your account to be fully deleted. This waiting period ensures pending transactions or verification checks are resolved.

What Happens After Deletion

  • Access: You won’t be able to log in or use your account.

  • Balances: Any unused Gold Coins are lost once deletion begins. If you still have Sweeps Coins, redeem them before requesting deletion—otherwise, you may forfeit them.

  • Data: CrashDuel will erase your personal data from active systems, except information required to be kept by law (for example, financial transaction records).

  • Reopening: If you want to return after deletion, you’ll need to register a brand-new account. If your closure was linked to Responsible Gaming (self-exclusion), a 3-month cooling-off period applies before rejoining is allowed.
